This research, using descriptive and analytical methods and using authentic Islamic sources such as the Qur'an, Nahj al-Balaghe and narrative books, with the aim of investigating the issue of happiness and vitality as an essential need in the mental health of family members, proposed the hypothesis that following an Islamic lifestyle In the family, it causes happiness, vitality and well-being in the family members.
According to the findings of this research, happiness and contentment in the school of Islam and Ahl al-Bayt have special effects on the mental health of family members, and those who provide happiness to the servants have been praised. According to Islam, the need for happiness is an instinctive and natural need in the family. Without joy, neither the worldly affairs of man are done nor the affairs of the hereafter are done well. As a result, Islam invites its followers to positive, constructive joys and happy affairs, and to create vitality among families, it has ordered a lifestyle and methods that are referred to as "Islamic lifestyle".
