Abstract
The purpose of this research is to compare the management and control of stress in the verses of the Quran and the hadiths of the Prophet (peace be upon him) with the theories and techniques of psychology. The research method is descriptive-analytical based on religious and narrative sources and the results of psychological research. The research shows the differences between the two viewpoints of Quran and Hadith with psychological science regarding stress according to the capabilities of each and the course of development of these two in the religious-scientific context and the role of the effects of religious heritage with psychological science to deal with stress. The emphasis of the research is more on managing, controlling and dealing with stress and the findings of the research indicate that the control and management of stress in the Qur'an is compatible with psychology in many cases and each round of approach is complementary to each other and the occurrence of stress is dependent on environmental factors. and al-Biruni) have considered treatment based on cognitive, emotional and behavioral instructions, and therefore the combined use and simultaneous attention to Quranic and religious instructions and solutions with the results and findings of psychology can be effective as a working model in this field.

Abstract
Abstract
Objectives: Allameh Tabatabai (may Allah be pleased with him) is considered one of the prominent Islamic figures in the current century and has had a tremendous impact on other thinkers after him in various fields. He has raised many topics in the field of spiritual health components in the light of Islamic verses and traditions, which the author seeks to explain and analyze the most important components and indicators.
Methodology: In the study of Allameh Tabatabai's attitude regarding the components of spiritual health, he referred to his most important works and specifically Tafsir al-Mizan and processed and analyzed the data and propositions in a descriptive-analytical manner using them.
Findings: Spiritual health, as one of the important dimensions of health, has received special attention from the World Health Organization in the last half century. About spiritual health, different views have been proposed by thinkers. Allameh Tabatabai has presented detailed theories about health, its foundations, components and indicators. First, by referring to his extensive works, the fields of spiritual health realization and its obstacles are enumerated and it is clear that paying attention to the spiritual dimension of man is the turning point of his theory against western and materialistic theories.
Results:
By examining the Qur'anic-exegetical views of Allameh Tabataba'i, it is possible to consider the most important components of realizing spiritual health or good Qur'anic life as monotheistic worldview and interpretation of macro issues of the universe from the window of revelation. He has such a theological attitude to the truths of the universe, faith and firm belief in the Holy Prophet and its belongings, righteous deeds and special attention to performing moral virtues and abandoning ugliness, religiousness and answering the call of God and his messengers and guardians and Learning from them in different fields and ultimately the flourishing and excellence of the human intellect in the light of such a view of the world, is one of the other fields of achieving spiritual health.
