In the last two decades, policymakers&#39; concern about the country&#39;s declining population growth has led to the proposal of various plans and policies to change this trend. This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of the implementation of the Law on Protection of the Family and Youth of the Population and the awareness of Hamadan University of Medical Sciences employees of the provisions of this law.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="text-autospace:none"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b>Methods and Materials:<i> </i></b>The present study was descriptive study that was conducted in 2024 among the personnel of Hamadan University of Medical Sciences. 302 people were selected using the convenience sampling method. Two questionnaire was used to examine the implementation and effectiveness of the provisions of the family and youth of the population Protection Law.
