fa میزان آگاهی و نگرش اعضای هیــات علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی همدان نسبت به وظایف فرهنگی در راستای سلامت معنوی The level of awareness and attitude of academic staff members of Hamedan University of Medical Sciences towards cultural duties in line with spiritual health حقوق و سلامت Rights and health پژوهشي Research چکیده                                                                                                                                     سابقه و هدف: اساتید دانشگاه‌ها از افراد تأثیرگذار در جامعه دانشگاهی هستند. لذا نقش استاد که نوعی اقتدار و جذابیت برای دانشجوی درجست‌وجوی هویت دارد، بسیار کلیدی است. رسالت فرهنگی و تربیتی استاد، اهمیت بسزایی در رویکرد فرهنگی در راستای سلامت معنوی دانشجویان دارد. بنابراین، شناخت دقیق وضعیت موجود فرهنگی هر دانشگاه و تبیین وظایف دینی و اسلامی-ایرانی افراد مؤثر دانشگاهی، به‌ویژه اساتید در رفع آسیب‌ها و ناهنجاری‌های جامعه دانشگاهی راهگشا و مؤثر است.. به فرموده مقام معظم رهبری (دامه برکاته)، اساتید دانشگاهی به‌عنوان پیشگامان و فرماندهان جنگ نرم هستند. مواد و روش‌‌ها: روش تحقیق در این مطالعه، پیمایشی به‌وسیله پرسش‌نامه کتبی و خودگزارش‌دهی بوده است. حجم جامعه آماری، 435 نفر از اساتید عضو هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی همدان بودند که در سال 1395-96 مشغول به تدریس بودند. از این تعداد، 110 نفر در تحقیق شرکت کردند. نمونه‌گیری به صورت تصادفی طبقه‌ای متناسب با حجم طبقه انجام شد. یافته‌ها: با توجه به نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از 110 نفر استاد شرکت‌کننده در طرح، بیشتر افراد عضو هیئت‌علمی دانشکده پزشکی بودند. کمترین تعداد مربوط به دانشکده توانبخشی بود. همچنین بیشتر افراد عضو هیئت‌علمی، مرد و بقیه اعضای هیئت‌علمی زن بودند. بیشتر اعضای هیئت‌علمی متأهل بودند و میانگین سنی آنان 78/8±66/39 سال بود. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان می‌دهد بین آگاهی و نگرش اعضای هیئت‌علمی هر دانشکده و گروه آموزشی (بالینی و پایه)، ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد، ولی بین آگاهی و نگرش اعضای هیئت‌علمی و جنسیت، سن و وضعیت تأهل آنان ارتباط معناداری وجود ندارد. واژگان کلیدی: اعضای هیئت‌علمی، آگاهی، دانشگاه علوم پزشکی، سلامت معنوی، نگرش، همدان    Objectives: University professors are one of the important influencers of the university community, therefore the role of a professor who has a kind of authority and attractiveness is very key for a student in search of identity, and the cultural and educational mission of a professor is very important in their cultural approach and in line with their spiritual health, so a precise understanding of the current situation The culture of each university and the explanation of the religious and Islamic duties of Iranian-Iranian effective people, especially professors, who, according to the Supreme Leader (Dame Barakateh), as the pioneers and commanders of the soft war, are pioneering and effective in removing the damage and anomalies of the academic society. Methodology: The research method in this study was a survey by means of a written questionnaire and self-reporting, and the statistical volume is 435 professors of the academic faculty of Hamedan University of Medical Sciences who were teaching in 1995-1996. Of these, 110 people participated in the research. Random sampling is stratified according to the size of the stratum. Findings and conclusions: The results show that there is a significant relationship between the knowledge and attitude of the academic staff members of each faculty and educational group (clinical and basic) and on the other hand, there is a relationship between the knowledge and attitude of the academic staff members and their gender, age, marital status and celibacy.
