fa مسلمانان و دانش سلامت در تمدن اسلامی؛ تالیفات و نوآوریها: پژوهش آماری Muslims and health knowledge in Islamic civilization; Compositions and innovations A statistical study تاریخ و سلامت History and health پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: آن چه که تحت عنوان نظام پزشکی در تمدن اسلامی شناخته میشود بیش از هر چیز مرهون کوشش و پژوهش پزشکان مسلمانی بود که با انجام تألیفات و ابداع روشها، دوره عربی طب یونانی را که نتیجه ترجمۀ آثار گذشتگان بود به پایان خود نزدیک نمودند. این پژوهش بر آن است که با واکاوی و احصاء تألیفات برجسته و نوآورانۀ پزشکان مسلمان سهم آنان را در پیریزی و توسعۀ دانش پزشکی در دورۀ میانۀ تمدن اسلامی نشان دهد            مواد و روشها: دادههای این پژوهش به شیوۀ کتابخانهای گردآمده و به روش آماری و توصیفی تحلیل شده است. بر این اساس با مراجعه به منابع معتبر تاریخ پزشکی، کتابهای طبقات الاطباء و دیگر آثار پزشکان مسلمان در تألیف و نوآوری، دستهبندی و تحلیل شده و سپس با استفاده از جدول شمار آنها نمایش داده شده است. ملاحظات اخلاقی: شناسه اختصاصی کمیته اخلاق: IR.UMSHA. REC.1398.830                          یافتهها: بنابر یافتههای این پژوهش، از مجموع تقریبی 850 تألیف طبی معتبر که در منابع مذکور مورد اشاره بودهاند حدود 550 اثر نگاشتۀ پزشکان مسلمان به ویژه از سده سوم( تقریبا پس از نهضت ترجمه) تا پایان سده هفتم بوده است. عمدۀ این تألیفات دارای محتوایی نوآورانه در حوزه تشخیص و درمان بیماریها، آموزش، نقد آثار گذشتگان، دائرهالمعارفهای طبی، ترکیبات دارویی و ابزار و تجهیزات بودهاند که نقش آفرینی متون طبی ترجمه شده را محدود نمودند. نتیجهگیری: پزشکان مسلمان در تمدن اسلامی توانستند با تألیف حدود 550 اثر برجستۀ طبی که دارای ارزش و تأثیرگذاری بعضا جهانی بودند، گام مهمی در پیشبرد و توسعۀ این علم بردارند. این تألیفات که عمدتا دارای محتوایی نوآورانه در حیطۀ نقد آثار علمی گذشتگان، تشخیص و درمان بیماریها، آموزش، دائرهالمعارفهای پزشکی، شرححال طبیبان و حکیمان، ترکیبات دارویی و ...، بودند نقش مهمی در پایان دادن به دورۀ عربی طب یونانی، و پیریزی و شکوفایی نظام نوین پزشکی در تمدن اسلامی داشتند. <div dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;"></div>   Abstract Background and Aim: What is known as the Islamic medical system in the midst of Islamic civilization was mostly due to the efforts and researches of Muslim physicians, who carried out pristine and innovative writing and devised new methods in the field of diagnosis. , Healing, education, and so on, the Arabic course of Greek medicine, which was the result of translating the works of the past, came to an end, and played a prominent role in the founding and development of Islamic medicine. Material and Methods: The data of this study were collected through libraries and analyzed by descriptive and statistical methods. Accordingly, the works of Muslim physicians in authoring and innovation are categorized and analyzed by reference to the books of Atataba and other authentic historical sources and then displayed using their number table. Findings: According to the findings of this study, out of the 850 prominent medical works cited in the sources cited above, more than 550 were mapped by Muslim physicians in the third century (after the translation movement) to the sixth century. Much of this writing has been innovative in the areas of disease diagnosis and treatment, education, medical encyclopedias, physicians' biographies, pharmaceutical compositions, and tools and equipment. Conclusion: Muslim physicians in the middle period of Islamic civilization, especially between the third and sixth centuries AH, were able to take an important step forward in developing this science by producing 550 outstanding medical works that were sometimes valuable and influential worldwide. These writings, which consisted mainly of innovative content in the field of criticism of past scientific works, diagnosis and treatment of diseases, education, medical encyclopedias, the history of physicians and sages, pharmaceutical compounds, etc., played an important role in ending In the Arabian period they had Greek medicine, and the rise and fall of Islamic medicine (the new medical system in Islamic civilization).
