fa بررسی ارتباط بین نمره همدلی با بیمار و میزان آگاهی از اخلاق در حرفه پرستاری در دانشجویان پرستاری- مطالعه موردی: دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه اخلاق و سلامت Ethics and health پژوهشي Research <div class="rounded" style="background:#d0e5ff;border:1px solid #3d81e8;padding:5px 10px;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:" tahoma="">سابقه و هدف: اخلاق حرفه ای نوعی تعهد و وجدان کاری نسبت به هروظیفه و مسئولیت است که سبب ارتقای کیفیت مراقبتها در حرف درمانی می شود. همدلی نیز به معنای توانایی درک تجربیات درونی و احساسات دیگران، یک جزء مهم در روابط بین مراقبین درمانی با بیماران است. هدف این پژوهش بررسی ارتباط بین نمره همدلی با بیمار و میزان آگاهی از اخلاق در حرفه پرستاری در دانشجویان پرستاری می باشد</span></span></span><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:" tahoma="">.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:" tahoma="">مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه توصیفی-تحلیلی در سال تحصیلی1400-1399 برروی 203 نفر از دانشجویان سالهای اول تا چهارم پرستاری که بصورت نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند در دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی کرمانشاه انجام شد. ابزارهای پژوهش پرسشنامه همدلی با بیمار جفرسون و پرسشنامه آگاهی از اخلاق در حرفه پرستاری بود. تحلیل داده ها با آمارتوصیفی و آزمونهای آماری درنرم افزار</span></span></span><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:" tahoma=""> SPSS.22 انجام شد.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:" tahoma="">یافته ها: میانگین نمره کل همدلی با بیمار در دانشجویان پرستاری 3/12&plusmn;53/107 (محدوده 140-20) و درسطح خوب و میانگین نمره کل آگاهی از اخلاق حرفه ای 45/2&plusmn;46/14 (محدوده 21-0) و متوسط بود. بین میانگین نمرات همدلی و اخلاق حرفه ای ارتباط معناداری وجود داشت (003/0</span></span></span><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:" tahoma="">P-value=)، به گونه ای که به ازای هر یک نمره افزایش آگاهی، میانگین نمره همدلی نیز تقریبا 1 نمره افزایش یافت.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:" tahoma="">نتیجه گیری: باتوجه به متوسط بودن نمره آگاهی از اخلاق حرفه ای و خوب بودن نمره همدلی در دانشجویان پرستاری و همچنین وجود ارتباط بین نمرات همدلی و اخلاق حرفه ای، بنظر می رسد همدلی از عوامل تاثیرگذار بر اخلاق حرفه ای باشد که می تواند سبب بهبود آگاهی در این زمینه شود</span></span></span><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:" tahoma="">.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">&nbsp;</span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Background and Objectives:</span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> Professional ethics is a kind of commitment and work conscience towards any responsibility that improves quality of care in health professions. </span></span></span><span lang="EN" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Empathy means the ability to understand the inner experiences and feelings of others, is an important component in the relationship between healthcare provider and patients.</span></span></span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between the empathy to patient score and level of awareness of professional ethics in nursing students.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Materials and Methods:</span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> This descriptive-analytical study was performed on 203 individuals of first to fourth year nursing students who were selected by convenience sampling in the School of Nursing and Midwifery at Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences in the academic year 2020-2021. Research instruments were the Jefferson Scale of Empathy and the questionnaire of awareness of professional ethics in nursing. Data analysis was performed by descriptive statistics and statistical tests using SPSS.22 software.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Results:</span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> The total mean empathy scores of nursing students was 107.53&plusmn;12.3 (range 20&ndash;140) and at a good level, and total mean score of awareness of professional ethics was 14.46&plusmn; 2.45(range 0&ndash;21) and at a moderate level. There was a significant relationship between empathy and professional ethics scores (P=0.003).
