fa نگرشی بر بیماری جذام از منظر آموزه های اسلامی An attitude on leprosy from the perspective of Islamic teachings حدیث و سلامت Hadith and health پژوهشي Research مقدمه: جذام از بیماری هایی است که در آموزه های اسلامی مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. در این آموزه ها توصیه هایی ناظر به زمینه های ابتلا، پیشگیری و درمان جذام وارد شده است. ساماندهی توصیه های مزبور از یک سو و تبیین آنها از سوی دیگر، از اهداف پژوهش است. مواد و روشها: این پژوهش با روش کتابخانه ای و با جستجوی واژگانی نظیر «جذام» و «مجذوم» در متون روایی و با جستجوی عناوین پیشگفته در پایگاه های ارائه مقالات به بررسی آنها پرداخته است. یافته ها: آموزه های اسلامی برای مقابله با جذام در چهار قالب: زمینه های ابتلا، شیوه های جامع پیشگیری و درمان، شیوه های پیشگیریِ تنها و شیوه های درمانِ صرف قریب به سی توصیه را ارائه نمودهاند. یافته ها در حوزه جستجوی مقالات حاکی است که موضوع جذام در تحقیقات پژوهشگران با صبغه فقهی، حقوقی، پزشکی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و هیچ تحقیق جامعی تاکنون جذام را با رویکرد پژوهش در منابع اسلامی مورد بررسی قرار نداده است. نتیجه گیری: آموزه های ناظر به پیشگیری بیشترین فراوانی را در بین چهار قالب پیشگفته داشته و آموزه های ناظر به زمینه های ابتلا در رتبه دوم و آموزه های ناظر به درمانِ صرف و آموزه های جامع پیشگیری و درمان، به ترتیب کمترین فراوانی را در بین آموزه های اسلامی دارند. راه های پیشنهادی اسلام برای پیشگیری و درمان جذام بسیار ساده، کم هزینه و طبیعی است. توجه به بهداشت منظم پوست و مو، پرهیز از روابط جنسی نامشروع، استفاده از مواد مغذی تقویت کننده بدن، در کنار امور معنوی نظیر آیات قرآن، ادعیه و اذکار ضمن تایید پژوهش های تجربی مرتبط با پوست از اعجاز علمی دین مبین اسلام حکایت دارد.   <pre data-placeholder="ترجمه" data-ved="2ahUKEwjR9ZPIjfWCAxWxxgIHHSj-AoUQ3ewLegQIBRAP" dir="ltr" id="tw-target-text"> Introduction: Leprosy is one of the diseases that is considered in the teachings of Islam. In these teachings, there are recommendations related to the fields of leprosy infection, prevention and treatment. Organizing these recommendations on the one hand and explaining them on the other hand, is one of the goals of the research. Materials and methods: This research has been investigated by library method and by searching for words such as "leprosy" and "leprosy" in narrative texts and by searching for the aforementioned titles in the databases of articles. Findings: Islamic teachings have provided nearly 30 recommendations to deal with leprosy in four formats: the causes of infection, comprehensive methods of prevention and treatment, methods of only prevention and simple methods of treatment. Findings in the field of searching articles indicate that the issue of leprosy has been investigated by researchers with jurisprudential, legal, and medical aspects, and no comprehensive research has investigated leprosy with the approach of research in Islamic sources. Conclusion: Teachings related to prevention have the most frequency among the aforementioned four formats, and teachings related to the causes of disease are in the second place, and teachings related to simple treatment and comprehensive teachings of prevention and treatment. , respectively, have the lowest frequency among Islamic teachings. The ways suggested by Islam to prevent and treat leprosy are very simple, inexpensive and natural.
