fa عنوان: تبیین نیازهای معنوی پرستاران بخش های مراقبت از بیماران کووید 19 بیمارستان هاجر شهرکرد : یک مطالعه کیفی Clarifying the spiritual needs of nurses in the care units for patients with Covid-19 in Hajar Shahrekord Hospital: a qualitative stud اخلاق و سلامت Ethics and health پژوهشي Research زمینه: شیوع ویروس کرونا سلامت روان افراد جامعه از جمله بیماران، خانوادۀ آن‌ها و ارائه‌دهندگان خدمات سلامت و خصوصا پرستاران را تحت تأثیر قرارداده است، پرستاران به واسطه ارتباط تنگاتنگی که با بیماران و درد و رنج آنها دارند یکی از آسیب پذیرفته ترین افراد در مقوله نیازهای معنوی هستند. پرستاران از نظر حرفه ای و اخلاقی موظف به ارائه مراقبت معنوی، به عنوان بخشی از مراقبت جامع به بیماران هستند. لذا شناسایی نیازهای معنوی آنها و مرتفع ساختن این نیازها حائز اهمیت به نظر می رسد. مطالعه ی حاضر با هدف تبیین نیازهای معنوی پرستاران بخش های مراقبت از بیماران کووید 19 بیمارستان هاجر شهرکرد انجام گردید. روش کار: پژوهش حاضرکیفی از نوع  انالیز محتوا می باشد و در سال 400-403 انجام گرفت. جامعه پژوهش 16 نفر از پرستاران بخش های مراقبت از بیماران کووید 19 بیمارستان هاجر شهرکرد وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهرکرد بودند. مشارکت کنندگان به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب گردیدند. اطلاعات از طریق انجام مصاحبه های نیمه ساختار یافته در بیمارستان و بخش محل کار انان جمع آوری و با رضایت انان ضبط گردید. جمع اطلاعات تا اشباع داده ها ادامه یافت. تجزیه و تحلیل متن مصاحبه های استخراج شده همزمان با جمع اوری داده ها انجام و به روش تحلیل محتوای ... انجام به تم های اولیه، تم های فرعی و تم های اصلی طبقه بندی گردید یافته ها: در این مطالعه مجموعا 16 پرستار با رده سنی 23 تا 56 سال شرکت نمودند، تحصیلات غالب پرستاران کارشناسی (87%) و کارشناسی ارشد (13%) بودند. یافته های اصلی این مطالعه شامل 3 تم اصلی و 11 تم فرعی بود. یکی از تم های اصلی مفهوم مراقبت معنوی با تم های فرعی: درک معنای زندگی و اشنایی بیشتر با خالق هستی و هدفدار بودن خلقت انسان، ارتباط با خدا و بیماران زمینه ساز مهرورزی و احسان و همدلی و همراهی با بیماران، توکل بخدا، نماز و دعا سبب ایجاد ارامش روحی روانی و امید بود. دیگر تم اصلی مطالعه شامل عوامل تسهیل کننده مراقبت معنوی با تم های فرعی: فراهم بودن امکانات و تجهیزات و شرایط لازم برای ارایه مراقبت معنوی، اعتقاد مذهبی و شرکت در برنامه های مذهبی سبب ایجاد ارامش روانی و معنوی، نیاز به اموزش و توانمند سازی پرستاران و تشکیل تیم مراقبت معنوی، لزوم توجه و درک و حمایت مسئولین در خصوص اهمیت مراقبت معنوی پرستاران بود. و تم اصلی دیگر مطالعه شامل عوامل بازدارنده مراقبت معنوی با تم های فرعی: تعصبات مذهبی و فرهنگی سبب غفلت از توجه به نیازهای مراقبت معنوی، عدم حمایت مسئولین و بار کاری زیاد و عدم توجه به نیازهای معنوی پرستاران و نیاز به درک شدن توسط خانواده و جامعه و سیستم درمانی، مراقبت با امکانات و تجربه  ناکافی پرستاران و مواجهه با شرایط نامناسب بیماران و خانواده ها ، دوری از خانواده و نگرانی از انتقال بیماری به اعضا خانواده و شرایط بد بیماران و ناامیدی از درمان و بهبودی بیماران بود. نتیجه گیری: یافته های این پژوهش  منجر به تفهمیم و روشن سازی نیازهای معنوی پرستاران بخش های مراقبت از بیماران کووید 19 که شامل مفهوم مراقبت معنوی، عوامل تسهیل کننده مراقبت معنوی و عوامل بازدارنده مراقبت معنوی گردید.  ارایه راهکارهای های مناسب در راستای رفع نیاز های استخراج شده با توجه به عوامل تسهیل کننده و بازدارنده مراقبت معنوی در این مطالعه، اهمیت زیادی در مواجه پرستاران در موقعیتهای شغلی مشابه و ناشی از بیماریهای پاندمیک خواهد داشت است. همچنین شناسایی نیازهای معنوی پرستاران برای مسئولین و مدیران پرستاری در راستای آموزش و تدوین بسته مراقبت معنوی در جهت مرتفع ساختن نیازهای معنوی پرستاران حائز اهمیت می باشد. واژه های کلیدی: پرستار، نیازهای مراقبت معنوی، عوامل تسهیلگر و بازدارنده سلامت معنوی، بیماری کرونا، مراقبت از بیماران کووید 19   <pre> Abstract: Background: The spread of the corona virus has affected the mental health of people in society, including patients, their families, and health service providers, especially nurses, and the need to pay attention to their health and pay attention to the needs of spiritual care in patients, families, and treatment personnel is more than predetermined, Because of the close relationship they have with patients and their pain and suffering, nurses are one of the most vulnerable people in terms of spiritual needs. Nurses are professionally and ethically obligated to provide spiritual care as part of comprehensive care to patients. Therefore, identifying their spiritual needs and meeting these needs seems important. The present study was carried out with the aim of explaining the spiritual needs of nurses in the care departments of patients with Covid-19 in Hajar Shahrekord Hospital Methodology: The present qualitative research is of the content analysis type and was conducted in 2003-2014. The research population was 16 nurses from the care departments of covid-19 patients of Hajar Shahrekord Hospital affiliated to Shahrekord University of Medical Sciences. The participants were selected by purposive sampling method. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews in the hospital and their workplaces and recorded with their consent. Data collection continued until data saturation. The text analysis of the extracted interviews was done at the same time as the data collection and was classified into primary themes, sub-themes and main themes using the content analysis method. Results: A total of 16 nurses with the age range of 23 to 56 years participated in this study, the majority of nurses had bachelor's degrees (87%) and master's degrees (13%). The main findings of this study included 3 main themes and 11 sub-themes. One of the main themes of the concept of spiritual care with sub-themes: understanding the meaning of life and getting to know more about the Creator of the universe and the purposefulness of human creation, communication with God and patients, which is the basis of kindness and compassion and companionship with patients, trust in God, prayer and Prayer caused mental peace and hope. Another main theme of the study includes factors that facilitate spiritual care with sub-themes: availability of facilities and equipment and necessary conditions for providing spiritual care, religious belief and participation in religious programs cause mental and spiritual peace, need for training and empowerment of nurses. And the formation of the spiritual care team was the need for the attention and understanding and support of the officials regarding the importance of the spiritual care of nurses. Another main theme of the study includes factors that facilitate spiritual care with sub-themes: availability of facilities and equipment and necessary conditions for providing spiritual care, religious belief and participation in religious programs cause mental and spiritual peace, need for training and empowerment of nurses. And the formation of the spiritual care team was the need for the attention and understanding and support of the officials regarding the importance of the spiritual care of nurses. Conclusion: The findings of this research led to the understanding and clarification of the spiritual needs of nurses in the care departments of patients with covid-19, which includes the concept of spiritual care, facilitating factors and inhibiting factors of spiritual care. Providing suitable solutions in order to meet the extracted needs according to the facilitating and inhibiting factors of spiritual care in this study, will be very important in facing nurses in similar job situations caused by pandemic diseases. Also, it is important to identify the spiritual needs of nurses for nursing officials and managers in order to train and formulate a spiritual care package in order to meet the spiritual needs of nurses.
