Identifying the Components of Emotional Intelligence in Nahj Al-balaghe and its Application in Educational Management of nursing students

Background:Emotional intelligence is a subject that tries to explain and interpret the position of emotions in human capabilities and is one of the characteristics that is related to success in life. Emotional intelligence is a necessary factor for better performance and higher productivity among educational managers, especially university education.The aim of this study was to identify the components of emotional intelligence in Nahj-albalaghe and its application in education of  nursing students.
Methods:The Research conducted by  quantitative and content analysis design. The population 79 letters and 480 hekmat and sampling method was census. Finally, 202 components from  letters and 156 components from hekmats were extracted. The theory frame of this reaserch was Bar-on emotional intelligence model.
Results: the  results showed ;there are 112 intrapersonal skills, 85 interpersonal, 114 adaption, 24stress management and 23general mood in letters and hekmats.
Conclusion: The emotional intelligence can be used based on the teachings of Nahj al-Balagha in the educational management of nursing students and in the clinical environment so that our nursing managers, students and nurses can better cope with difficult working conditions and provide more effective care.
